How to use my .atn files:

0th step: Scan every page you want processed without using any fancy scanning tool settings (turn OFF(!!!) unsharp mask, auto-contrast and whatever else your programm has to offer. JUST scan the page, in RGB mode. Safe as PNG-24 or PSD)
1st step: Run an .atn over all files. This .atn should do nothing but greyscale, and then save and close the file. (Preferably save in another folder to keep a backup of the previous step.
2nd step: Run all files through Pnyxtr's rotation ( http://hem.bredband.net/pnyxtr/rotation/rotate.html ) and cropping tools. This may take it's time for a volume, is still faster than doing it at usual cleaning. This step is NECESSARY for what follows.
3rd step: Run the actual .ATN over all files.
4th step: You're done \o/
